This course exceeded my expectations. I cannot think of anything missing. I think the material was extremely comprehensive! Cindy’s work and knowledge are phenomenal! She fills in some extremely important gaps that are not as well-addressed by some of the more popular books and experts that are more prominent and well-known. Her work is so good that it deserves just as much prominence!

This course exceeded my expectations and I would 100% recommend it for all women 40 and up. I feel I’m more in control of my health. I lost weight and a couple of inches (and people noticed). I’m continuing to eat better and move more. My favorite part of the program was the Daily Movement and Accountability.

I would definitely recommend the Grace In Transition Course and 1:1 sessions. All of the material discussed and provided by Cindy was super informative and helpful. The best part really was working with Cindy again! She has such a nice way of educating and working with people!

I’ve been in the perimenopause and menopause space for many years and a Nutritionist in the Functional Medicine space for over 20 years.
My life experiences, which like everybody else’s, has had its ups and downs, twists and turns. Living life combined with working with 100’s of women has brought me here, to creating and leading this Course, Grace In Transition – for Women Of A Certain Age.
It’s a cumulation of all I’ve done in my life, with the hope that it heals, brings joy and agency to all the women that it touches.

This course is for women like you and me, who are looking for answers, but are overwhelmed by the lack of information + support, are tired of providers who aren’t listening and
can’t help us.
Q. Will this course help if I’m already Postmenopausal?
Yes! Women 65 and older are what I call the forgotten women. They are the women who transitioned into menopause right when hormone replacement became taboo and women’s health issues became things that we were expected to just live with. In this course, you’ll discover how you can change your health and how you age.
Q. I don’t want to do hormone replacement-can this course still help me?
A resounding YES. The bulk of this course is dedicated to teaching you the lifestyle foundations of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care so your habits support your body in the best way possible. Hormone replacement is a personal choice, and I give you all of the info you need for you to make an informed decision on what’s best for you.
Q. How is this course different from other Menopause/Hormone courses?
Unlike so many other online courses, this is not a one-size-fits-all type of course. It’s personal. You’ll have options and tools to help you figure out what’s right for you. And you’ll have support every step of the way with our online chats, community, and weekly Zoom meetings where you get to ask any question you might have.
I bring a Functional Medicine approach to peri & menopause, supporting the whole body. Not just throwing hormones at you. The body needs to be in a good and healthy state in order to thrive with or without hormones. This course gets you there.
Q. Will this course help me, if I’ve had cancer but have been told I cannot have hormone replacement?
I think one of the most underserved groups of people are women who’ve had cancer, who are no longer receiving treatment, and are left to fend for themselves. They are often left grappling, trying to figure out how to improve and maintain their quality of life which frequently goes out the window with cancer treatment.
So again, another resounding YES!!! Everything we go over in this course and practice together is the backbone of health, good quality of life, and prevention of a cancer recurrence. Come learn and be supported!
Q. What if I can’t make the weekly Zoom meetings? How much will I miss out?
While these meetings are very valuable, they are not mandatory and you’ll have access to the recordings. The Zoom meetings are meant to round out the course and be a place where you can directly ask me your questions.
